1. Services Provided

Wisconsin Transport Solutions provides non-emergency medical transportation (NEMT) services, including ambulatory and wheelchair-accessible rides for medical appointments, personal errands, and other approved purposes. Our services are not intended for emergency or life-threatening situations. In the event of an emergency, please call 911.

 

2. Booking and Cancellations

  • Reservations should be made in advance whenever possible.

  • Same-day service may be available but is not guaranteed.

  • Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance to avoid potential cancellation fees.

  • We reserve the right to refuse service for safety, policy, or legal reasons.

 

3. Rider Responsibilities

When using our services, passengers agree to:

  • Provide accurate information when booking rides.

  • Be ready at the scheduled pick-up time and location.

  • Treat drivers, staff, and vehicles with respect.

  • Follow all safety requirements, including seat belt usage and wheelchair securement.

  • Not engage in unlawful, unsafe, or disruptive behavior during transport.

 

4. Payment and Billing

  • Payment terms will be communicated at the time of booking or through client agreements.

  • Some services may be billed directly to insurance providers, or contracted partners.

  • Clients are responsible for any costs not covered by insurance or third-party payers.

  • Late payments may be subject to service suspension or additional fees.

 

5. Limitation of Liability

  • Wisconsin Transport Solutions is not liable for delays, service interruptions, or events outside of our reasonable control (e.g., traffic, weather, accidents).

  • Our liability for any claim related to service is limited to the amount paid for that specific ride.

  • We are not responsible for medical outcomes or conditions related to missed or delayed appointments.

 

6. Website Use

  • All content on our website is for informational purposes only.

  • You agree not to misuse or disrupt the website, attempt unauthorized access, or use content for unlawful purposes.

  • We may update or change website content at any time without notice.

 

7. Privacy

Use of our website and services is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect and use personal information.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate services for any passenger who violates these Terms, engages in unsafe conduct, or otherwise poses a risk to staff, other passengers, or company property.
